Herbion Naturals Cough Syrup for Children

Recommended dosage:  

• Children (6-9 years): Take ½ teaspoon 3-4 times daily.  
• Children & Adolescents (10-14 years): Take 1 teaspoon 3-4 times daily. 
• Adolescents (15-18 years): Take 2 teaspoons 3-4 times daily.

• Gojihva (Onosma bracteatum, flower & leaf) (5:1) ————————– 10 mg 
• Long pepper (Piper longum, fruit) (5:1) ————————————– 10 mg 

• Sweet violet (Viola odorata, flower & leaf) (5:1) —————————— 5 mg 
• Greater galangal (Alpinia galanga, rhizome) (5:1) —————————- 5 mg 

Non-medicinal Ingredients: 

• Glycerin 
• Natural Cherry Flavour 
• Honey 
• Purified Water 

Contra-indications: 

• Do not use if the child is taking thiazide diuretics, cardiac glycosides, corticosteroids, stimulant laxatives or other medications which may aggravate electrolyte imbalance.  

• Do not use if children have hypokalemia, high blood pressure or a kidney or cardiovascular disorder.  

Cautions and warnings:  

• If symptoms are severe or persist for more than 2 days, consult a health care practitioner. 
• If cough worsens, persists for more than 7 days or is accompanied by high fever, consult a health care practitioner.
